Third year is where it gets interesting, with electives like AI, cloud computing, or cybersecurity plus a final year project.
The exact count varies a bit by university since some count lab sessions separately and others bundle them with the theory subject. So don't stress too much over an exact number — focus more on whether the curriculum covers the fundamentals well plus at least one specialization that interests you.
