A few weeks ago, I helped my brother with his business website. He had visitors, but very few people were asking about his services. The website looked outdated, the menu was hard to follow, and some pages were not easy to use on phones. At first, he wanted to post more on social media. We decided to fix the website before trying anything else. We changed the page layout, simplified the menu, updated the images, and improved the mobile view.
